These provisions in no way limit the rights that consumers derive from mandatory legal provisions, in particular regarding legal guarantees and product liability. The structure of the website, its editorial texts, its product photographs, its databases and its graphic charter are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of Euro Souvenir Portugal, subject to the third-party rights mentioned below.

Any extraction or re-use, qualitatively or quantitatively substantial, including by automated means (harvesting, scraping, indexing for the purpose of building competing catalogues or training artificial intelligence systems), is prohibited. Euro Souvenir Portugal expressly reserves the rights provided for in article L. 122-5-3 IV of the Intellectual Property Code. The trademarks, logos, emblems, colours, names and other distinctive signs reproduced on the products and on the website remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Euro Souvenir Portugal uses them under licence agreements concluded with those owners. No provision hereof may be construed as conferring on the user any right whatsoever over these signs. Any unauthorised reproduction or use engages the liability of its author towards the rights holder. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation or publication, even partial, constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Euro Souvenir Portugal falls under the exemption for microenterprises provided by directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), employing fewer than ten people and with annual turnover below two million euros. The website nevertheless endeavours to follow digital accessibility good practice (WCAG 2.1 level AA).

In accordance with articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Euro Souvenir Portugal subscribes to the mediation service CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, listed by the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation (CECMC).

No data protection officer has been appointed, such an appointment not being mandatory given the nature of the activity. Browsing the website does not require any personal data to be provided. Certain features — orders, customer account, newsletter, contact form, trade price enquiry — do however involve transmitting data. No fully automated decision-making and no profiling producing legal effects is carried out. The data transmitted to licensors as part of royalty reporting is aggregated and does not allow end buyers to be identified.

Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular to the United States for audience measurement and international shipping. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (decision 2021/914) and, for certified providers, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data is neither sold, rented, nor transferred to third parties for prospecting purposes. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to give instructions concerning the fate of your data after your death (art. 85 of the French Data Protection Act).

Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Bank details neither pass through nor are stored on the website's servers: they are processed exclusively by the payment provider.
